The Mission

At ETTCS it is our mission to provide a quality education to credit counselors and help empower them to assist people on their path to financial independence.

 

The Team

ETTCS Courses were designed carefully by a team consisting of several certified credit counselors.

Our team has over twenty years of experience in financial education with expertise in personal finance, money management, organizational behavior management, psychology, customer experience, data analysis, consumer economics, consumer behavior, consumer credit and debt, instructional design, testing and evaluation and e-learning.

Additionally, the team consists of individuals with master degrees in various fields such as psychology, applied behavior analysis, management and business administration.

At ETTCS we provide a comprehensive financial education training program to our counselors so they can provide exceptional service to our community.
